Booking available online 24 Hours a day. Tickets can be collected at the Festival Box Office (during opening hours) or at the venue prior to the performance.

In Person

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Festival Box Office at the VISUAL Centre for Contemporary Art & George Bernard Shaw Theatre, Old Dublin Road (no.1 on map). See below for times. Enquiries can also be made in person at the Éigse Carlow Arts Festival Office, College Street, Carlow. Tickets will be available at the venue of each performance if the performance is not already sold out.

Tuesday - Saturday 11am – 5.30pm (and Monday 14th June)
Sunday 2pm – 5pm
On day of events – one hour prior to the show start

At Venues

Tickets will also be available at each venue on the night of each performance (if the performance is not already sold out). Please check the website for updates on ticket availability.

Booking Fees

A booking fee of €1 per ticket applies to all card transactions whether purchased online, via telephone or in person (to a maximum of €10)

Ticket Refunds

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. To obtain a refund in the unlikely event of a performance cancellation, tickets must be returned to the box office.

Disabled Access

All festival events in the GB Shaw Theatre are fully accessible for disabled patrons and designated car parking is available in the public car park adjacent to the centre. Please check our website for details of other venues. Please ensure that you advise our box office staff of your needs when making your booking.

Special needs

If you, or anyone in your party, have any special needs including requirements for extra leg-room or special seating arrangements for hearing or visually impaired patrons please discuss this with our box office staff when you are making your booking and they will advise you.
